Description –

The offering of the deeparadhana is the offering of flames in various towered lamps. The Gopurarathi is numbered representing the 108 different nadis or energy centers in one’s body. The jyoti or lamp has the unique ability to dispel darkness. When we light these towered lamps and offer them to our beloved deities, the lamps awaken and align our energy centres to receive the darshan of the deities. The upliftment of our energies and senses through combination of the lit lamps and the rhythmic ragas of nadaswaram and thavil take us to a surreal experience of deities darshan and transports us to the authentic experience of kailaasa’s ambiance.

Durga Navami Puja

Description

This ritual is the recreation of the battle and victory of Durga Devi over the demons Chanda and Munda. The event when mass negativity was removed by devi on the time transition between Ashtami and
Navami, this is the Sandhi. At this time a grand puja is offered to Durga Devi along with Devi Lakshini, Devi Saraswati, Ganesha and Subramanya. When these cosmological events are recreated at the same time in history the stars and celestial bodies are in the same position as they were years ago, the same possibilities of events happen. The same mass negativity will be attended to by the cosmic mother. These rituals are the times when the same energies of the Cosmos manifest as a divine clairvoyance and clear the mass negativity from the planet. Navami Homan is a unique fire ritual done before the Durga Devi Prathima chanting a Unique mantra for Durga Devi who is invoked in the form of Agni.
